We are delighted with the great feedback from patients about the service we provide at Moreton Dental Care.

A new survey which ran throughout April, revealed that 45% of patients would be ‘extremely likely’ to recommend the practice to friends and family, while 55% would be ‘likely' to recommend it.

One patient commented: “I would recommend Moreton Dental Care because I got an appointment so quickly and because of how nice the staff are.”

Another said: “ Dentist very good with myself and my children,” while another commented: “Friendly and helpful service always.”

This was the first survey conducted at MDC following the introduction of new NHS guidelines which state that NHS patients’  views must be monitored on a monthly basis.  The results will be displayed at the practice as well as being sent to NHS officials.

We also regularly run surveys for non-NHS patients.

“Our aim is to always provide the best service we can for patients, so it’s great to have such positive feedback from the first survey,” said principal dentist Dr Paul Sherrard.
